You may have many questions both while pregnant and once at home with your newborn. Help Me Grow can help reduce the stress many expectant and new caregivers face by offering resources and education to prepare families for their new little one. LEARN MORE

Centering Pregnancy offers group sessions where you can learn the keys to a healthy pregnancy and meet other parents. It is also a great opportunity to get to know staff at Akron’s birthing hospitals.

Let’s talk, baby! Participate in women-led support networks or peer/parent support groups to connect with other parents.

Cleveland Clinic Akron General offers parents the opportunity to enjoy one another and learn about parenting and family topics. LEARN MORE
Akron Pregnancy Services offers a large variety of classes and groups that teach, support, and encourages all parents who come. Free childcare and lunch are provided. LEARN MORE
Zalika House and Queen’s Village
Project Ujima and the Zalika House are able to provide baby items and resources to families in need. You can also join Queens Village to participate in events and opportunities for Black women to “relax, repower, and rise.” LEARN MORE.
